How to go beyond the thinking mind to solve problems.

How to create space between you and your thoughts/worries.

How to become confident in your decisions. Understand the trap of 'self esteem.'

The how of happiness and its dangers,.The role of the ego in the problems you have.

How to reconnect with your dreams.

Principles and 'secrets' of success we avoid.

A: I require a one-time deposit so that I know that you are ready and committed to attend your session. I am not a medical clinic with people lined up in my waiting room. If someone misses an appointment, I wait an hour for my next client. I not only respect other people's time, but mine as well. Over the years, I have found that deposits are necessary.

What forms of payment do you accept?

A: In addition to check and cash, I accept debit and credit cards, as well Paypal. I charge an additional 3% for cards and Paypal.

What is your cancellation policy?

A: I require a full 24 hours notice prior to your scheduled appointment if you need to cancel your appointment to avoid being charged the full session fee.
How many sessions will it take?

A: For most people it ranges between 2 and 6 sessions. It's not uncommon for people to get the answers they need in one session, while others work through deep-seated issues or work towards success goals for months. Ultimately, you decide what you need, from session to session!
